Hey family and friends!

I want to invite you all to my upcoming Vocal Freedom weekend deep-dive happening on Summer Solstice weekend, June 17-19 here on Salt Spring Island!  It's an opportunity for us all to let loose, open up, stand tall, and shine our brightest!... Discovering the authentic voice within.  AND it's SUMMER SOLSTICE WEEKEND!! ☀️☀️☀️  So what better way to celebrate the light than to free the light within.

And we're going to do it in the most playful and fun way that we can, because that's the very nature of music, with vocal alchemy practices, singing circles, group exercises, breathwork, and more!  Three juicy, voice-filled days dedicated to opening our voices and opening our hearts, unlocking something deep within that has always been there!

In between our sessions there will be time to go for a walk in nature, journal in the orchard, swim in the ocean, and of course connect with the many other incredible beings who will be joining us. We'll also be nourishing ourselves with delicious and nutritious organic meals prepared for us and on-site camping is also available for all of you off-islanders. 🏕️
