Vocal Freedom is a practice of deep surrender and allowance, freeing our love from fear, listening deep, and opening wider to life than we have ever before... and we do this all through the joyous practice of singing together!!  Learn simple and powerful techniques that make singing easier and more fun, and experience the tangible, healing medicine of the circle and the unified field we create.

It is an auspicious blessing for us to gather in circle while the veils between our world and where our ancestors live are their thinnest.  Let us open our hearts and our voices to reconnect to their ancient songs.

We draw from the Vocal Freedom songbook which has over 125 of my favourite medicine songs, mantras, and devotional chants that I've been collecting over the years that are wonderful to sing with others, or even just with yourself as powerful vibrational medicine for the mind, body and soul!  This is the safe (and fun!) container you've always wanted or needed in order to explore the depths and power of your voice, freeing your spirit from the fears that hold us all back.  The fear of being heard... of making a wrong note... of singing too loud... of singing too ugly.... of singing too beautifully... of enjoying ourselves too much... the list goes on and on and on.  Well, this is the space to unravel these knots of contraction and begin to feel the freedom that is so much more than our voice.  It's the freedom of letting Life move through us freely and fully!  And that feels good :-)
